Cable Trimming & Assembly Instruction

Trim the cable cleanly to noted dimensions, cutting the center conductor on an approximate 30° bias. Take care not to nick the center conductor or braid. Twist the braid in a clockwise direction baring approximately 1/32" of inner insulation, preventing loose or stray braids that could cause shorts. Insert the center conductor into the guide hole in the rear insulator of the connector. Now push the cable as far forward as possible and screw the connector into place
